The most impactful thing you can do, especially right out of the gate, is focus on pure volume of conversations.

Well, a few things.Firstly, those numbers aren't compelling purely from an ROI/ROE standpoint. 

Real estate alone on its face is generally considered less risky than stocks when we are talking pure riak premiums.real eatate however is commonly purchased with leverage, and leverage by definition increases your risk whether its on real estate or stocks. 

At this point whether or not you get laid off is pure speculation. 

Not sure of the PURE IT real estate opportunity.... 

This is purely asking which type of lending you believe is the best route.

Looking at the situation from a pure investment/profitability standpoint, it wouldn't make sense to incur all those extra costs if I could avoid it somehow.
