I’ve started calling some attorneys and I know that not all of them understand wholesaling so I haven’t had any luck, but I would love some recommendations for an investor friendly attorney on Long Island preferably in the Suffolk County area you can help me review wholesaling and assignment contracts. 

For example, I used my REA's GC, PM, and preferred lender on the OOS home, and my REA was willing to be the boots on the ground because I continued to add value to him.

I’m assuming the preferred answer would be live happily ever after receiving direct deposit into your checking account while you drink lemonade on the beach. :-)
