Rental Property ROI Question

So I am currently reading the BRRRR book, and learning more into detail how to do these types of deals. I was wondering what a good ROI would be a rental property? What percent should I be looking for to make back in the first year?

@Elijah Crew Your question is very market specific but my first rental property makes about 7% ROI and cash-flows roughly $175 per month. It's not a grand slam cash-flow machine. It's a long term play. Since it's remodeled the repairs and maintenance are low. That's key for any BRRRR investment.
