My Berkshire Hathaway stock produces no income, but it is most assuredly an asset.

UHNW investors with tens of millions in cash wanting to beat out government bonds long term, and CD's but want to own hard real estate assets that are not as volatile as other investments (stocks,etc.).  

Remember that a piece of real estate is the same as a stock or intellectual property.

You wouldn't necessarily have to give up any equity this way, and could give them an attractive interest rate that'd be more enticing than potential returns in the stock market, if there money was sitting there.Best of luck!

this was a question i am researching it's about a situation when some company or indivisual(s) takes the earnings from home borrowers and structures the earnings in a way that creates an investment called a Residential Mortgage Backed Security that is sold as shares in a bond class or shares in perhaps a stock within a mutual fund or hedge fund in some cases it could be Commercial Mortgage Backed Security from a collection of similar mortgages called a mortgage pool problem is im not sure how the earnings are divided into the tranches and im confused as to how the construction company gets paid

I could with moderate certainty invest in the stock market and get a 10+% return over the long term.

Lastly, if anybody has a good idea on how to predict reappraisal and refinance expectations, please let me know about your experiences!
