My question is if there is a secondary lien against the property was it satisfied during the sheriffs sale or will it just move up to first lien position upon exemption?

As security for the seller, I would then of course put her in 1st position lien holder with a mortgage.

I was in the exact same position so I said it is ok, I will need 2 months of paycheck stubs, but then they told me they were self-employed and they owned and it work most off of cash.
