Being able to call and ask someone whenever you have questions and not get charged based on a $200/hr rate is really helpful big picture.

unfortuantly  this is not the way the wholesaling is done in the US.. its a add for the home with pictures etc.. and its the wholesaler not divulging up front they are simply a middle man they represent themselves as the end buyer.but I think we have bashed this enough.. it would be great if the Canadian laws were implemented here and I would be doing that all day long..

When lender's underwrite a package, they look at the whole picture, you the buyer... and the property.

In fact that picture of me is in their little boat in front of their place across from Coronada.The people I have dealt with have all been super gracious and quick to respond.

I used pictures of the grandkids when they were 3 and 4 because that means more to me than a picture of me.
