Does anyone have any live in ready or updated rentals in San Antonio?

As of 11/24/2017 I do not know what the status of their current loan is or how behind it is, but looking for what options I would have as far as approach to buy the property pre foreclosure as they still actively live there and the property has been recently updated and in great shape as a turn key investment.

In most cases, you get better terms – rate, amortization period, etc – on residential loans than commercial loans.

If/When this deal goes through, plan is to slowly renovate (just needs paint and updating) over the next year.

The five day notice period is almost up so I need someone soon. 

Quick update....the police contacted us as a follow up to the tenants attempt to file a report. 

I've just updated the links with progress.  

Hence, I'm curious if there are any updates to the list or if I should just stick to the favorites.
