How are people finding and verifying a bookkeeper that works with individuals that run multiple STR’s.

It seems like banks lend more money to people paying more income tax.

I've always found it interesting as a young kid how people could own more than one house when houses are so expensive.

Who can i speak to in the construction/builder space that could help me get an understanding of costs /planning for a new build.Thank you  building starts with land selection, plans, entitlements, permitting before you talk to banks 

Probably best to determine what your particular investment niche is and then find people who are interested in the same.

Don't be nervous to call and ask questions, most people are happy to provide clarity so the process can go smoothly. 

I was careful to select another contractor because I didn't want to end up in the same situation again.

He works for probably 15 big investors/companies and probably at least60 other people, does snow plowing and lawn care and makes time to have most of Sunday off with his son.
