Hello All,I would like some recommendations on real estate/property management software for residential and commercial properties. 

Fund and Grow is what most people use in my circle.

I self manage 6 of the 8 doors.

($99,600 ---> $484,206)I contacted the HOA Community Manager this morning to seek more clarity on such an astronomical increase, but am left scratching my head.

There are a couple of larger management companies out there that have a majority of the market share, and they are usually the ones listing the properties, so who knows how accurate those projections really are?  

I would love to stay here with either a lease-to-own-option, or, to get a big cut off of my rent as a property manager for the building, since I am a licensed real estate agent. 

As a homeowner, you're already ahead of most people :) I grew up in CA and moved to Reno, NV to live and invest.

Many people get suckered into paying cash, and then the contractor disappears.

You can manage it, but you can't be swinging the hammer.

I will also be creating a property management company (based in NJ as well) to manage the LLC's property.
