I used the fha for my first deal and even though the fha funding fee is a bit of a pain, overall I don’t regret it.

The family upstairs has been a pain since day one - they pay, sometimes late but they pay a late fee so I've put up with it. 

Before partnering or syndicating MOB deals, it was important for me to do a deal soup to nuts from acquisition to underwriting, to on-site property inspection and meetings with clinic staff, along with the town zoning board officials.

Over all a pain in the butt, but AirBNB made it right in a couple of hours. 

The city's insurance paid for that one, but it was still a pain in the neck.

The FHA203k buyer has to pay more for the deal to convince the seller to take the more pain in the butt offer in exchange for a higher purchase price.

But my problem is idk if I should live in the area of the rentals and get a job or if I find a good job and a home we love 2-4 hours away from the rentals should we go to the farther one even though the rentals are  far and trying to buy new may be a pain

Its a royal pain.

The program can be a pain to deal with and they definitely get into my business.
