Analyze a bigger geographic area over a broader time period.

I do...bought two (I think) in partnership, sold one cash, sold another on a note.

One is for the main house, one is for the ADU, and the last is for me to store my boat.  

With that in mind we are navigating the waters between two very murky districts that both want the same things, but don’t communicate between one another.

I am hoping to roll these two into one loan and reduce my monthly payment/ interest rate on the HELOC as I will be having the debt long term.I also currently own a 11 spot RV Park which I own all 11 units and is currently generating $10,375/month in rent.

How does one manage this work/life balance?

Hi all, my parents have 2 primary residences, and they are looking to sell one of them.

I know none of this answers your question of 506(b) syndicators that I have had a good experience with, but I hope it does point out that these exemptions are typically not what is holding people back.The bigger question, and likely the one you are really getting at, how do you find the true operators, and not just the savvy marketer?
