I don't think the actual economy of Columbus can support the investor's objective. 

We use both strategies depending on our needs, as they have different objectives that complement eachother.

This is a particularly important lesson for inexperienced investors, who tend to be the most prone to "shiny object syndrome" (the tendency to let nice aesthetics distract from real, underlying issues).

Las Vegas uses less than their allotted quantity from Lake Mead and have created systems to manage the water we do have. 

New investors often get overwhelmed and suffer from analysis/paralysis because they haven't clearly identified their objective and criteria.

As a seller I would object and try to grab the EMD.If the report stated that the roof was past its useful life, that would be an issue but that does not seem to be the case.My advice is gird your loins and honor the contract.

Also, if you've already racked up 100 five-star reviews, your approach may be different than if you're just starting out where you may be prioritizing quantity of bookings over getting the highest rates (at least until you get more reviews). 

The object of an inspector is to identify any problem and some may not be worth worrying about.

There is no political answer to objective facts.
