A business loan is not a consumer loan.Also, a loan to a business entity, by it's nature, can't be a consumer loan, since consumer loans can only be made to consumers.So in my book, your described loan transaction "fails" to need a GFE for not one, but two reasons.Again, check with those who are truly qualified to answer this.Joffrey

It really impressed me on display with the color tones and the texture, but I can't mentally get past the fact that it's laminate.I am going for what is most practical and aesthetically appealing.

Its not workable if you are doing the "AirBNBRRRR" method as described, you are likely going to need a hard money loan and then refi into a DSCR loan - ideal if you can go to a lender that does both!
