Should I move on to the next person or give her a shot?

There is a process that is extremely hairy and complicated called a lease hold exchange where you sell your property to a related party and then lease it back after 180 days. 

This is going to keep prices up regardless of the Federal Interest Rate moving a point or two.

I’m curious as to the strategies that are recommended to ensure I’ve covered all my bases in the process.

Appears to be a well oiled machine in terms of the construction and sale process-cookie cutter 1200 sq ft properties.

@Carter Buckingham If you're planning to purchase a mobile home in the community where the land is rented, you'd have to check first with the park manager and/or owner to see if you can move forward with your plan. 

I'll need to make some renovations like finish my basement so I can make use of that as well and move laundry to a more central and convenient spot so it can be shared.

If I find a lie or fib during the confirmation stage of the vetting process, no excuses.

In some cases, the buyer gave the house back because they were moving and still couldn't qualify for another loan.

I do plan on living in the condo for at least a year or 2 then trying to move and buy another property.
