And in Miami, which is fairly expensive, AirBnB hosts that undercut the hotels make it a lot harder for them to compete.2 - Residential areas that are near or within tourist areas end up being part time hotels and people living there have to deal with non-stop partying, noise, overcrowded common areas, and people who generally just don't respect the property or other tenants.

Yes some people have an attorney "On retainer" In other words have paid in advance for their services as needed but generally you won't need that.

Always risky to give advice without a credit report in front of me, but in general...- Open two more credit cards. - Keep credit card balances at 1% to 14.5% of the limit.- Pay them off in full every month so you aren't paying interest.- If someone in your life that trusts/loves you adds you as an "authorized user" to one of their cards, often you will inherit the full credit history of that card - for better or worse (so pick a 10 year old credit card that they've never had a late on).
