As is typical, most are held in LLC or partnership names, which makes phone numbers very difficult without some additional work to find the name of the principal of that LLC, and then their number.

if you offer a quality product at the right price, you should only be vacant in your turnover month for LTR. hold back the cost of a months expenses from your income. we held back 6% per month for vacancy.STR we don't account for vacancy, because that is the name of the game. understand your break even days, additional hold back expenses, and then calc cash flow.

For those that don't know me, here is a disclaimer:  The following is a real question, not a passive-agressive semi- sarcastic one:  Why would you have taken a 6 year loan on a (probably) $40k+ car which is nothing more than depreciating hunk of metal aka 'asset'?
