Lejeune is a massive military installation, built on 11,000 acres, just under 7,000 buildings, and 450 roads it's one of the largest bases in the Country.

The signs are just the first step of a MASSIVE marketing BLITZ that is about to be UNLEASHED on the ATL!

Your buddy is probably not just referring to WC, but also his massive new truck and trailer payments, new shop and new tools.  

My overseas travels always remind me how much more simply we Americans could live if we chose to - and less financially controlled by these giant houses and massive amounts of stuff we allow to eat up our funds...)

Now, it's one of the most stable, safe markets I know of (hell of a lot safer than Chicago or D.C.) tons of foreign direct investment, very little credit in the market, massive infrastructure projects, low government debt. etc.  

Obviously a massive difference is something to look out for, but the ability to close smoothly is more important if the rates and terms are reasonably close.

However there is a massive area that we can influence to help a tenant decide whether to renew, and that is TENANT SATISFACTION.Are their maintenance requests addressed in a timely manner?

Buying a massive STR utilizing a FHA loan would be pretty cool.
