That doesn’t mean it’s easy to start as a realtor but the market is completely healthy and the sky is the limit I know a guy who started two years ago is on pace to make over 300,000 this year so yeah the markets good but it’s still hard to become a realtor.

A family is entitled to live in an apartment and as long as the quiet hours are being respected, then they cant discriminate against families that are trying to control their kids as best as possible and reasonable sound dampening is put in place like carpets in all rooms.
