Oftentimes our landlording mistakes bring to light something we need do differently next time to avoid the same problem. 

Basic brochure ideally 1 page with 1-3 color photos with house specs like a realtor would make - 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, $1400/mo. $1400 security deposit.

If they were A rentals, I might give them more than one, but I do not trust them to not let the kids tear them apart.that makes sense I did not take the time to check to see if one remote handled all the units.. we built 3 homes on one lot and all three have the mini splits.. my son put the controllers on the wall like a light switch in each room.. 

We can add a photo, a logo, color, anything you want you can add it to this form. 

I also gave them $100 to cover the 2 days past the 15th that we were there and any power usage that we could have used while moving out like the AC running, lights on ext.

It's like arguing about the best color.

How about the light fixtures?

@Ray ThorsenTime to check-in with the tenancy law in Wisconsin ... perhaps @Dawn Anastasi could shed some light on how to proceed in your state.Here, if a tenant overholds (does not vacate at the end of their lease or on an agreed date, then we have to issue a Notice to Vacate and proceed down the path of an eviction. 

Local zoning laws make it extremely difficult for municipalities to green light modular building simply due to the unknowns associated with this newer technology.

The new tenants have now requested we fix the cracked floor and put lighting in the garage as they will use this for storage.
