I don't think any of you successful landlords just fell into it.. unless you inherited it..

I think that the property was an inherited property and the seller was out of state and they were really just looking at what the manufactured home was worth.

I️ am inheriting a property from my parents while they also have a homestead they are interested in remodeling.

I have recently inherited 8 rental units and had twin daughters born.

I am wondering if there is an opportunity to inherit/buy the co-op from her at a discounted rate and profit from the deal.

I am under contract with my first property, which is a 4 unit building with inherited long term tenants.Currently the tenants pay $475 in rent, roughly $75 under market rent per unit($550 for 2BR).
