If it worked for MS just think what it would do for Houston.there is a reason 27 brand new casino's got build on the Gulf shores each one of them got 50-% write off year one. say your a huge corp.. you build a 100 million dollar casion like the Beau Rivage you write off 50 million year one.. how is that not a great thing.

@Tim Herndon - I am become a buyer if the deal pans out to be legit, but the seller is already flaking out.  

@Al Casino  I think the old adage "You get back what you put in" is appropriate here.  

Plan sounds solid, wholesaler sounds legit from the info you provided.When it comes to the properties, never take the wholesaler at their word on any assumptions.

Even if it turns out to be legit, you don't want to deal with a hothead like that.

They're legit, able to put down 30% on a condo, and can provide full documentation. 

A city that I feel very confidently about would be in Everett where there is not any regulations in place yet but given that the new casino is opening in June 2019, there is a large demand for unit at the moment. 

:-)And if it was a legit story the seller wouldn't need days to call two siblings and say, "Hi, we got 100% what we're asking for on the property.

Address the situation of probate and your are a legit company without feelings but you are aware of the situation and want to buy.
