Do a background check and get people in there, and you'll learn so much more in the doing than in the researching. 

Becoming an investor involves developing your buying strategy/skills AND learning how to manage your investment (property management).

@Ashish D.I also bet everyone of those sites will also charge you a hefty fee to learn how to do tax liens and deeds.Of course it’s easy and everyone should do it and make six figures.

I'm super new to BP and very early into investing (still learning), but  I'm  focused on the East Stroudsburg/Scranton area as a starting point. 

Ive been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for the last couple weeks.I would love to network with a few of you, as well as meet up for a coffee if you live in London Ontario (or relatively close).Looking forward to learning.

It may require more time on your part, but you will likely save money and learn much more in the process.
