Hey everyone I want to thank each and everyone one of you for taking the time to read my last post and this one. 

The documents required would be last (2) year tax returns and copies of the last (2) years 1099 year end statements.

They've  done work for me on manufactured, modular and site built for me. for the last 5 years 

I was there talking with people until noon last meeting.  

So I purchase value add small multifamily and convert them to STR/MTR.My plan was to purchase them, repair the units, furnish all or most units, MTR/STR the units, cash flow like crazy, and then sell when I'm ready to move on.All has worked out except for that last step.

Last month, there were only 4 wholesaling deals posted on my local REIA’s Facebook page.

Being 18 and saving up 20K for yourself is so impressive already.

Two successful flips underway within just a few months is impressive progress! 

The average population growth over the last 20+ years is 2.3%/Yr.

And lastly, could I join some of the Facebook groups just to get a sense of what's going on in the Wholesaling community?
