I currently do not have any experience flipping homes other than renovating the two I have owned and lived in.

This is the time to build skills that will keep you from wasting that money you're saving.Also, you don't mention what your strategy is, but whether it's flipping or buy and hold, you're likely going to have to deal with renovations/repairs with any property you acquire. 

Can the tenant have good reach of you use a larger one? 

Other condos in my unit are selling within a week of being on the market 120k-125k, and I have a larger and nicer unit.I can rent this property now for 1250-1350 per month.

But that was much larger, complex deal than this and it had to get done for business reasons. 

Since we can't oversee any renovations I'm wondering what our options might be here?

(atleast for the first couple of houses) Then im hoping i will be ready to do some larger more extensive remodels.I am looking to create enough cash flow to quit my job and eventually go full time flipping and BRRRRing.
