I hate writing checks , it makes my fingers hurt .

The lady who got sued said she believes a co-worker stole her identity and rented the place. 

I’m still crossing my fingers and hoping that nothing crazy comes at me that I can’t handle.

How many grand juries did you impanel or testify in front of to get the guy who decided he didn’t like his fha financed home’s neighborhood and decided to shack up with his old lady two counties over? 

Ladies felt safe and frankly they were smarter and better closers than the guys  LOL...team up..Being a RE broker for 40 years and my wife of almost 30 safety is an issue and yes there are predators out there no question about that.. since in wholesaling your not going to be knocking a ton of doors you should be able to get a companion and it could be female I guess as well.. without to much trouble.

Fingers crossed the sprinkler company comes out tomorrow to help me get it back online so our staff can go off firewatch.I think I'm (or maybe I'm not) a relative enigma to some in this field as I had no prior experience in this field other than seeking out others in this business and learning a lot from my wife who's worked at the ground level in the industry. 

One couple was making 400K/year and just didn't want to deal with paying monthly (they did break the lease early and we refunded the remaining months)Anther was a lady getting out of a divorce, had cash excess cash but normally would not have qualified because her income was under 3XRecently another couple paid 1 year upfront because they sold their house upon relocation.

If I am screwed, I am screwed but I am not trying to point the finger at parties if they aren't the ones responsible.
