You won't be able to report anything to a credit bureau, but if you get a judgement you can sell or consign that judgement to a collections agency, who *can* report it to a credit bureau.

My guess is that we've had a lot of rain (A LOT) and the ground under the house sits lower than the surrounding grade (which looks decent to good, btw).I had 45 postholes dug at my place about two months ago and water just STOOD in them for weeks...one unfilled hole still has water in it.
