I've been fortunate to learn from others who freely shared their wisdom, and now, I feel compelled to pay it forward.

Both my business partner and I (in real estate investments) paid for a program to learn multifamily, learned a ton, and met each other. 

I did end up going with their contractor and it was mostly for piece of mind while I get my feet wet and learn.

Online info and webinars are great, but you have to go to meetups to workshop what you are learning with others doing the same and others ahead of you on their journey.

You want to learn syndication from tried and true syndicators, not fake gurus.

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.

My property management has been good about day-to-day items like appliances and turn overs, but poor at comprehensive solve like exterior leaks and only one individual has been good at communicating with tenants.

To do well, learn about real estate, make a strong plan, meet local investors, check the market, look into loan choices, start small then grow, stay ready for changes, and get advice from pros.Learn about market trends, loan options, and ways like renting out for long or short terms.
