Since I do not have $66,600 in cash for the lien, does anyone have any creative financing strategies that I could potentially use to pay off the lien and purchase the property?

Many of our clients are real estate investors and I see two different strategies when it comes to claiming CCA.

Buying and holding renovated properties certainly seems easier for a first-time investor, but the BRRRR strategy would allow us to re-invest our seed fund and make the most out of our initial investment.

If you know what your getting into, know the market and have a good exit strategy you can make money in the niche.

Currently putting together my marketing strategy for CO and then moving on to building a solid team of go getters.

I am looking to network with other investors (to bounce ideas off of as well as introduce deals to) and cash lenders (people who are interested in some creative financing strategies).  

It sounds like checking google maps/street view  is a time efficient strategy. 

@Harman N. welcome to the forum - I was also at the meet up Thursday and sounds like we are focusing on the same strategy.

However as the market continued to climb and people began to pay unreasonable prices we exited the strategy by the end of 2015.
