You have a high-earning job for a 19-year old so keep banking the money and don't commit to a property out-of-state until you know where you are going.

I would highly recommend staying away from anything being transferred from one person to the other directly.

I find that part highly unusual and I wanted to make sure the way I read that was accurate.

The high cost of buying cheap.

This is a big negative for me from ever wanting to do a MTR.There may be exceptions to this if your property is in a high demand area like a large hospital where there are many traveling nurses.
