Hang in there @Leigh Morgan!

There’s a lot of great people from Memphis that hangs out on this platform.

We installed this one because the property is otherwise a big expensive garden that we like hanging out at, and we wanted it to produce a little income.

I am happy to chat about my experience and what I could offer to any company that would be willing to take on this challenge.I am hoping to complete my Real Estate studies and obtain a license by June 2021 (and pray that COVID doesn't delay it) Until then, I'll be listening to BP and hanging out in the forums.Thank you for coming to my TED Talk,xo, Kirstie

I've never heard of a buyer not viewing solar as a positive personally, other than a few cases of leased systems hanging up a sale. 

I would say be careful putting all your eggs in one basket.

This is my only hang up.My biggest concern is being hit by special assessments X7.

Hard to tell for someone like me just starting out, I am hesitant putting all eggs in one basket so to speak!

I believe home prices declined only 2 times out of the last 5 down turns in the economy, the great recession being one of them.I wouldn't just say that San Diego is the "least worst" in the country in rental collection, we are actually doing amazing and rental collections are well above 90%+ here...it is not a situation of the top kid in the class being a "D" student because the rest of the students are "F" students.I can't see mission beach rentals having any impact on overall San Diego market if even a large portion of those owners couldn't hang on to their properties due to their large revenue decrease in STR income...I'm certainly in the market looking to pick up another multi for myself and helping multiple family members and relatives purchase here as well and I certainly would be more hesitant to do so if I saw economic forecasts suggesting a down turn in values in the near future.  

Would you recommend buying new builds if my plan is to hang on to them long term?
