Do you have a good team on the ground to be able to handle all of this since you're so far away?

Get either a title company or real estate lawyer involved to handle title and closing.Get an inspection done (I can't stress that enough!)

I'm sure there aren't, but by taking this approach it will make them aware that their usage is a problem and hopefully they'll be more conscious of the cost that they are running up.How have you all handle similar situations?
