One tricky one that stumped me for a while - I had sealed off any holes around the perimeter but they were getting in via a small space around the main water supply pipe!  

Same with Supplies because I buy a lot of supplies - paint, electrical stuff, ceiling fans, etc. 

Sales volume trailed 2019 by 60%, houses sold at 97.8% of list price with a low days on market of 18, and inventory remained low at 1 month of supply.

Amazon, ABC Supply and Dollar General, among others, have created a market with a lot of job growth and a strong local economy.

I cant help but think this will only add to the supply problem of affordable or rental housing available.

A local Long & Foster in my area posted this document which shows a lot of the data that I am looking for including the number of units sold, the median sale price, and the months of supply figure.

I'd drop off some disinfecting supplies for both sets of tenants given they share a lot of common space. 

Replacing a window screen takes 3 minutes worth of labor and maybe 4 dollars worth of supplies. 

Days on Market decreased 6.8 percent for Detached homes but increased 9.5 percent for Attached homes.Months Supply of Inventory decreased 18.2 percent for Detached homes but increased 6.9 percent for Attached homes.Buyers have been quicker to return to the housing market in force than sellers, who have been showing a bit more reluctance to list their homes than is typical for this time of year.
