I love the "free calculators," but I also know that a lot of experienced investors will include specific items that may not be generic/general knowledge - or just have a personal bent toward certain criteria.

I'm looking for a recommendation for a good general attorney to add to our team that knows Baltimore City property law and can help with how we structure the properties in an LLC. 

If you have had experience with one or more of these methods of financing, please share the advantages/disadvantages you have experienced. 

I don't mean to be negative, just helping explain the field as I've experienced it from a similar position.

It's still too small to form an on-site management team, so your biggest asset (and risk) will be a strong property management team.The underwriting will be important.

Building a team out of state is harder than it looks and finding a good property is even harder given you dont have the knowledge of that market nor do you have the team and contacts in place.

You use your Airbnb / vrbo apps to accept the bookings, communicate, get paid, and schedule your cleaner team to change linens and check on damage.

I'd stay away from 35805 if you do not know Huntsville well or do not have a strong team here helping you.
