I feel like they all want to sell me something, but have limited interest in my personal success...that may not be fully fair, but it's my current view.So that's my story....it's the chain of events that's brought me here.

For instance if you purchase the LLC you can be sued the next day by a tenant for an event that occured prior to your ownership of the LLC and property.
