If they all are not of much value, I would not spend much time on that but would start the process to evict ASAP and when the courts open back up, you have a jump start on paperwork and filings.

For myself, we have 7 new tenant placements this week the office is pounding out the paperwork on, I am listing half a dozen turn-key units for sale, we have 3 purchase offers we are moving through, 250 odd units on "cruise-control" with less than 2% revenue variance from covid-19, I am working through a few buy opportunities, 1 under contract, and I don't even know whats coming up next week or month, on average another 20+ tenant placements and so on.

Essentially, we will rent his whole company, and pay it's expenses and an agreed profit based on what they actually made the previous year. - The construction company will hold some paper to order some houses and get the project going and get paid from home sales.

@Ronen Avisar All of those city liens are basically irrelevant because if anybody ever buys it from you they can get them all wiped away with some simple paperwork from city hall.
