For those using Airbnb or similar sites, do you find adding and extra bed even if it is not an extra room to increase your rate or decrease your vacancy?

If there might be some resistance, I have offered to pay last, security, and an extra month for them to vacate.

I LOVE small businesses, and it's a great way to get some extra income. 

One of my places is primarily weekends...but that can mean anything from the typical Fri - Sun, to Thurs - Sun, or Thurs - Mon, Fri - Tues, Etc......a LOT of people like to tack on an extra day for travel or whatever....Maybe you can just list it on VRBO or wherever and see what people want?

If you can add an extra bedroom that can be a big one, both in property value and rental value.
