@Immanuel Sibero wouldn't cap rate be an indicator as to which you should choose for a particular property either to sell or to refinance, in that way it is a level playing field that does not depend on how much equity there is in the property.

If I cut out buying a property of my own I can focus more on the parts that I enjoy the most while still being able to create relationships with investors in my area.And I'd love to connect with you and talk more!

Are there positions or fields of work where you are surrounded by other investors?

We all started where you're at so no need to feel bad, but I wouldn't want you to waste time or money on something you won't enjoy.

Additionally, we did enjoy our first flip for the most part as we watched something in such disrepair transform into something amazing.

I love that I could have the opportunity to use the skills I have learned and be able to have the opportunity to design and potentially make a lot of money doing what I enjoy!
