I think all that happens is they get 1% of the price as their commission from what the auction.com customer service lady told me.I would be more interested in talking to some more about auction.com's bidding process if anybody has bought a few places through their online auction.

Go ahead, build a money producing web site or app, and let's see you continue the income stream (dealing with me too competitors, for one), dealing with customers, and the endless tech and platform upgrades you will need to be on the cutting edge.

When applicants ask us about the neighborhood, we encourage them to research the area and give them some tools on how to do that.  

Hi @Curtis Dilworth I wouldn't think twice, it seems he isn't a fun customer to work with.Does the lease states how much time in advance you should provide a notice to break the contract?

Lets assume for a moment you talked a small lender who has a portfolio of about 150 homes into selling these to you (a few months back we bought a much smaller pool we customized for ourselves)......lets say the BPO value is 15 million, the actual sales price is 8 million.How would you go about funding the other 5 million?
