It's much better than some boring generic heading IMO.I'd rather get people clicking than not loli personally don't thrive on other people's failure but many folks on here like pumping their ego about how well they do and how much money they make.How about we turn the tables and see who is willing to come down to earth and say how much they lost or loose.I loose everyday and I'm better for my losses EVERYDAY.One thing is certain tho, I make more than I loose and that is what it comes down to.Picking yourself back up and moving forward.Thanks for playing hehe Nothing at all wrong with it - I didn't mean for my comment to sound snarky, because it wasn't meant to be at all.

Everything I've read and talked with says to setup an llc and elect s corp tax status for the flips, my question is should I set that llc up in WV where I live and pay income taxes or should I set it up in MD where it's doing business.

what I meant is if the check comes to you in the name of the other party then they have to endorse it over.. it would be up to your bank if they would deposit it .. with the POA you provideI suspect not.. but don't really know for sure
