What is the vibe of the park ( quiet and clean, or junky with mean dogs and rusty cars)?

My personal favorite is the one insinuating that I should get mauled by a dog.

I actually didn't even know about it, until he mentioned it in passing a few weeks later.On that same thought, I had a different set of tenants whose dog had caused some damage to the door trim. 

They have 2 big sloppy dogs as well.
