If I don’t charge them, people’s brain will automatically connect the price of the trip to the amenities I provide and expect the matching value from them which is significantly higher than renting bikes for a few hundred dollars. 

Hey everyone, I'm establishing connections for all aspects of Real Estate.

When I started out I had $25k to my name (including retirement accounts) and no REI connections.

My best guess for a setup is something like this • I hire VA's to build a list  and skip trace 5,000 contacts • I hire a call center to call this list • the motivated sellers are registered in call centers CRM which directly connects to my CRM.

Wanted to introduce myself in here and see if anyone in the Tampa area is wanting to connect whether it is about real estate, life, sports, etc.
