I've always had the goal to have my real estate income on my "fix and holds" provide enough TOTALLY PASSIVE income for me to not wake up before 11AM and always be able to wear flip flops, from anywhere in the world :) More recently, I read some of Ali's blog posts, and it's a much more explicit and targeted form of something that has been less explicit in my own goals, investments, and work flow..For now, I've been outsourcing whatever I can.

I've been browsing the site for that last month or so, listening to as many podcasts as I can, read the UBG, as well as many other books/blogs/etc. 

I have read forum after forum, Blog after blog and decided to get some of these wise answers specifically catered to my situation. 

Hi All, I just recently found this site from the blog at 123Flip.com, and I must say I am really impressed with the level of engagement that this community brings to the table.

This is property could use a great amount of work but it is truly an eyesore.Now by discovering this property I know something can be done to fix the situation.
