Does anyone have any insight on how to close prior to beginning construction on custom builds?

Sure, every once in a while one of Clussive’s customers would present a contract reflecting new FHA or VA financing and he would have to steer the customer to one of his associates to close the transaction, but for the most part it had little to no effect on his career.

I wanted to use a custom contract, but every lawyer I spoke to told me they recommended using the state approved ones.

I would never bank with a major bank they have to call customer service etc. 

Hi @Dick Rosen,  we also were using QuickBooks and are just in the implementation stage with PW and very unhappy with custom service and are considering moving to Appfolio before investing more time and energy. 

@Edwin WongSince you have chosen to not indicate your actual location, why is beyond my understanding, no one can give you a concrete answer for your question regarding local auction customs.  

That pricing is insane unless you have specified everything custom.

I would think that many property management customers would want this.
