Copper pipe is very expensive , especially when you get over 3/4 inch , boilers are heave , removing the old and installing  the new .

Now I'm not an expert, but the scope of work seems to be something like the following:A-CoilCondensers + concrete pads + copper lines220 electrical ran to said condensers + breakers (my panel does have room in it)Charge system with coolant (needs to be done by licensed professional, understood)Run wire for thermostats (no new thermostats needed - have been upgraded and are compatible)I'm getting quotes upwards of $6k.

I don't think you're not responsible nor liable for anything post closing.What if I put a house under contract "sold as is" and the day before closing someone broke in and stole all the copper pipes out of the property?

There's one hot line and one cold line behind the wall and that's it.This is what a Delta MultiChoice, perhaps the most common shower behind-the-wall rough-in valve used today, looks like in a copper shower setup. with lines running down from above and air chambers to mitigate water hammer.

When I’m searching on Amazon (curtain rods, curtains, small kitchen appliances, etc), there’s often a used product available to buy - these are usually just open boxes, and if purchased through the Amazon Warehouse, fully refundable up to 30 days (sometimes a part may be missing but worth the savings if you’re really crunching pennies and don’t have a tight deadline).
