Because of the condition I haven't been inside to see how much it may cost to rehab, but i do know that 11k is owed for city taxes and 8800 is owed for county taxes.

If your insurance coverage is high enough, lawyers won't bother going after personal assets because it tends to draw things out.

They won't likely do it, but this puts them on notice that it needs it and their price is laughable. 2) Nobody will buy it at that price and condition so wait until the building collapses and then offer to buy it.
