If that's the case, you'll have to get a transactional loan.Even if you don't need to have the transactional funds in place, you'll need to verify who the certified checks should be made out to and know that the title company is comfortable doing a double close.

The disclosure has a hand written page on the back that's in Chinese and the listing agent needs that page signed.Not comfortable signing a page I can't read, person at my realtors office said it look like a lost of what they fixed and to what condition it was fixed.
