Do you want the seller to pay closing costs?

The problem with one off leases is that if there is a problem you will end up having to pay an attorney to learn that lease.If you want to go at it alone you might also consult with the attorneys at the title company that close your deal.

I already have an agent but if anyone is able to help with the search it would be greatly appreciated.In regards to location, I would like to stay in Santa Monica, or somewhere close and the unit needs to have at least one bedroom.Thank you in advance,Skyler

Remember they only get paid if they get you to the closing table regardless of the investor's strategy.
