I was told that the individual could not give me an estimate for specific areas in regards to utilities (electric, water, sewer, etc) because there are too many variable that go into it such as square footage, gas vs electric, etc. etc.

Provides buyer with clean preliminary title report from ABC Title.Something smelled fishy, I don't recall what exactly tipped me off, but I called a few local title companies and discovered that pre-escrow had been opened with them revealing clearly clouded title.

What I learned the most of this deal is 1) make sure your contractors clean up after themselves and don't leave any bulky trash on the front lawn!!!
