I am what they call in some of the videos, someone you do not want to by, namely a Jack of All Trades.

I am new to real estate, but have spent the past 3 months devouring videos about working as an agent and about investing (what I hope to do in the future).

They studied the people who are doing it, read books, watched YouTube videos, networked and got after it.

There are books out there on wholesaling and many youtube videos to teach you how to get a property under contract.

I have been watching the YouTube videos too.

I completely understand the content of the video posted i'd just like other opinions before choosing the direction that i need to be going in.
