Hello everyone Looking for a reliable affordable carpet installer in the New Jersey area need to put in one in living room and one in bedroom.

Here's the skinny:We just had someone come and rip out all the flooring (carpet/carpet pad)We ripped out the carpet because our cats I think were marking territory (likely from the previous owner's dog marking his), and it grew to a point where we needed to remove the carpet.I'm not entirely sure what the ground is under -- clearly its concrete, but with some painting veneer on top (see pictures)?

The house only needs cosmetic work, paint, carpet and new floors.  

Also ripped out the old carpet in one of the bedrooms and will replace it with laminate.  

In my two examples I didn’t have wood or carpet flooring....if I had, then probably I would’ve had to address that too.

If it's a problem with the plumbing and significant areas of the flooring, walls, or ceilings need to be opened up and it becomes too disruptive to the tenants or hazardous, an offer to house the family in a hotel for the time being would be in order.However, mystery water soaking a carpet brings to mind an incident in one of our properties... the tenant's brother-in-law hooked up his washing machine and didn't secure the water exhaust hose properly.

Tenants are responsible to have carpets cleaned, and responsible for all damages.

But I have had to dip into my investments before for things like a new a/c and will be doing it again for new carpet as tenants move out of the duplexes. 

It looks dirty, dingy, with dark old shaggy carpets, ugly wallpaper, and old kitchen bathroom.According to Zillow, this home was in a foreclosure auction in mid 2016.

The existing carpet not good enough, how about going 50-50?
